And following your own unique path is the kindest way to live your life that I can think of!
You might as well make your voice in your head the kindest, most gorgeously supportive voice you can possibly imagine.
It is time to stop tripping over the hurdles that come from seeking approval from others before you seek approval from yourself.

But to have a great life, you have to step off their path and follow your own.

Here's how this is going to work.
This program is a little different from my last one, as the most important part is that you show up to do the work! I want you to be able to show up everyday ready to do the work! (The only way out is through, after all! And to get through, you have to do the work.)
At the beginning of each week I will host a live content session where I teach you everything you need to know for the week ahead. Each week will also contain two work sessions where I will guide you through a meditation and create space for you to do the work right then and there!
